SEMCNS is establishing an ethical corporate
culture byabiding by law and moral

  • Employee Mutual Ethics
  • Creation of factions based on education, sex, religion, family ties, hometown, etc. is prohibited.

    Unfair requests and monetary transactions between employees and bribery are prohibited.

    However, casual presents (within KRW 50,000) between employees for socially acceptable events are allowed.

  • Company property
    and security
    protection
  • Private information on the company, client, or business partners obtained while working in the company should not be sold including trades in stock.

    Information on business, finance, human resources, or technology of the company that is not disclosed to the public and future plan, etc.
    (including information on other companies obtained from working at the company) are to be kept confidential and are not to be disclosed to the public or a third party without obtaining permission based on the procedure of the company

  • Prohibition on
    unethical behavior
    toward business
    partners.
  • You must not receive valuables (including gift cards), entertainment (including meals), convenience, or presents from external interest groups. However, socially acceptable entertainment or convenience (less than KRW 30,000 per person) and presents (less than KRW 50,000 per person) are exceptions.

    Valuables and securities are not considered gifts and should never be accepted.

    Card fees, credit, or loans shall not be repaid by external interest groups, and profit from assets, real estate, securities, business rights, and membership should not be accepted.

    Economic exchange such as cash loans, sale, and lease should not be carried out with external interest groups.

    Collateral (including guarantees) should not be accepted by external interest groups.

  • Voluntary report
  • A voluntary report must be made to the ethics department within 2 days of breaching any of the criteria above.
